What is Being Manager ?
Being Managers empower and engage the stakeholders to deliver against the top business priorities. Combining the role of manager with that of a coach, they seek out the strengths in each employee and support them in leveraging their strengths in their roles in order to create outstanding performance. In the role of coaches, they support employees in recognizing what inspires them and help them align their responsibilities with their interests.
In the face of problems, they create focus on the root causes by asking the right questions, while boosting the confidence of the stakeholders in their own capacities to solve problems.
What framework it is based on?
• 2 days on site
• 10am – 5pm each day
• Max 10 participants
• Bi-weekly follow up conference calls to share cases and support each other’s development
